How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will ship 3-5 business days after you place order. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.
Please note, Cuff Your Pearls is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.

My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Cuff Your Pearls is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

No, we can not change your order once it has been placed. Please make sure you have the correct shipping and billing information before you check out.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final.

Does Cuff Your Pearls test their products on animals?

Cuff Your Pearls is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf.
